~ DEVELOPERS' NOTE ~
We originally intended to include a "true ending" locked behind the speedrunners' scores. When the average score of all players reaches under a certain value, players'd have access to the true ending journal page. The idea was to stimulate more experienced players to be generous in collecting more compasses to make the game easier to speedrun for everyone, and then reach the true ending. Unfortunately we were not able to implement this in time, but please have a sneak peek how it'd look like:
